THE Nelson pub in Castle Street had its windows smashed by three vandals throwing bricks in the early hours of Monday morning.
According to the police, three men pulled up outside the pub in a silver/blue Peugeot 106 just before 1am, got out of the car and threw bricks at the pub before getting back in the Peugeot and driving off towards Folly Hill.
All were wearing hoodies, while one was wearing jeans and dark trainers and another jeans with white trainers. The third was wearing jogging bottoms and white trainers.
