There have been four incidents in which the vehicles have been damaged over the past four months in Newcome Road.
A white Toyota Aygo - a car used by a carer helping people in their homes in Farnham - had its tyres stabbed on September 30, 2015.
The same car had its tyres damaged again when they were cut overnight between Monday, January 11 and Tuesday, January 12 this week.
A grey Nissan Quashqai had its bodywork scratched in an incident sometime between December 23, 2015 and January 3, 2016.
The same car had its tyres damaged overnight between Tuesday, January 12 and Wednesday, January 13.
Detective Constable James Hilton said: "These vehicles appear to have been specifically targeted by unknown offenders. This type of criminal damage is not only costly and time consuming to rectify but is extremely unsettling for those involved.
"I would urge anyone who may have any information relating to any of the offences to contact Surrey Police on 101. Your information could help officers locate and bring to justice those responsible."
