A CYCLIST was taken to hospital with serious injuries on Monday evening after being found unconscious in Sandrock Hill Road, Farnham.

The man was found near The Sandrock pub at around 5.40pm. It is not believed any other vehicles were involved.

Police closed the road in both directions for several hours while officers sought to establish the circumstances of the incident.
