SURREY Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision involving a car and a pedestrian in Farnham yesterday (November 21).

The incident happened in Longbridge at 5.10pm and resulted in the female pedestrian, in her 60s, suffering serious, but not life-threatening injuries. The car was a silver Audi A4. The road was closed for three hours to allow officers to investigate what had happened.

Officers are appealing for anyone who saw what happened prior to the incident or the incident itself to get in contact.
