A man has been charged on eight counts following a fire at Heaven’s Kitchen restaurant in Farnham in the early hours of Monday (March 11).
Police were called at 3am following reports of a fire in the restaurant which had spread to the flats above. Fortunately there were no injuries to anyone within the premises.
Giovanni Dell-Anno, 37 of no fixed address, has been charged on eight counts including:
· Arson with intent to endanger life
· Arson with recklessness as to whether life is endangered
· Burglary non dwelling
· 4 x malicious communications
· Assault by beating
Dell-Anno pleaded guilty to all counts at Staines Magistrates Court this morning (March 14) and has been remanded in custody until he attends Guildford Crown Court on April 11 for sentencing.
