A MAN in his 40s was taken to hospital with a serious head injury after a fight in Central car park on Sunday.
The fight involved four people and broke out near Borelli Yard between 1.30am and 1.40am.
Detectives would like to hear from any witnesses, in particular a man and a woman in their 40s who were in the company of a man in his 20s.
It is believed that the two men may be father and son.
Detective Sergeant Nicky Gardner, said: “I am urging any members of public who may have seen the altercation or the circumstances leading up to it contact police – you may hold vital information which could help us piece together events and assist with the investigation.
“This type of behaviour will not be tolerated and Surrey Police will do everything possible to maintain Farnham town centre as a safe and pleasant environment for people to enjoy a night out.”
