SURREY Police is appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a home in Folly Lane South in Farnham earlier this month.

An unknown number of suspects broke into the property between 11.30am on Monday, May 7 and 11.30am on Friday, May 11 while the homeowner was away.

The offenders forced the entry through the front door then made off with a large quantity of jewellery.

The items that were stolen are:

* A yellow metal and gold banded women’s Rolex CELINE watch with diamonds set in the face

* Three rings with a yellow metal band and one carat diamond

* A diamond and ruby eternity ring with a yellow metal band

* Two diamond and sapphire rings with a saffron in the middle and a yellow band

* A yellow metal ring with two diamonds and a sapphire in the middle

* A yellow metal cluster ring with sapphires

* A sapphire bracelet

* A sapphire and yellow metal necklace

* A pair of yellow metal earrings with sapphires and diamond

* A Victorian style yellow metal necklace with turquoise stones

* A Victorian style yellow metal necklace with incised opals

* A yellow metal ring with three diamonds.

PC Andy Cox from the Waverley Area Policing Team said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the break-in or have any information on the whereabouts of the items mentioned.

“Perhaps you are someone who was driving through Folly Hill or Upper Hale Road in Farnham at the time and witnessed a vehicle speeding off, if so please get in touch with us.

“Maybe you are someone who works in an antique shop or a cash for gold shop and have seen items similar to these. No matter how insignificant the information you have may seem, please call us as this could really help our investigation.”
