Class A and B drugs worth more than £15,000 have been seized by officers from the Alton neighbourhood policing team and colleagues from the district policing team over the past few weeks.

A police spokesperson said: “Investigations are still ongoing and we remain committed to tackling drug-related crime in Alton.

“We know the best way to keep our community safe is by working together. The information and support we receive from local residents really does make a difference and helps us identify issues, protect vulnerable people and take action where it’s needed most.

“If you have concerns about suspicious behaviour, suspected drug activity, anti-social behaviour or anything that doesn’t feel right in your area, please get in touch with us directly.”

PC Kerby said: “No piece of information is too small, and all information will be treated sensitively. Thank you to everyone in the community for your continued support. Enjoy the sun and stay safe!”
