THE family of a Tongham man who died in a collision on the A331 near North Camp have released a tribute to him.

Officers were called to the scene on the northbound carriageway, prior to the A3011 junction, shortly after midnight on Wednesday, April 17.

A silver Peugeot 206 had left the carriageway and collided with trees.

Thomas High, a 29-year-old father of two from Poyle Road in Tongham, had been driving the Peugeot and was pronounced dead at the scene.

His family have released the following tribute: “The sudden loss of Tom has left us shocked and devastated. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

“He leaves behind a heartbroken family including his two young sons Tommy and Joey.

“We’d like to thank friends and family for their love and support at this the hardest of times.”

Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision, or saw this vehicle on the road any time between 11pm and 11.30pm on Tuesday, April 16.
