A WOMAN in her 20s has been sexually assaulted in an alleyway in Odiham.
Police say the incident happened just before 1am on Saturday, February 19, when the woman was approached by a man and sexually assaulted in an alleyway between Church Street and Alton Road.
The woman was able to fend off the man and run away.
The suspect is described as being a white man, aged between 30 and 40 and 6ft tall. He is of skinny build and has dark hair. He was wearing a dark shirt and jeans.
Officers have launched an investigation and are appealing for information and witnesses to come forward.
A police spokesman said: “Were you in the area at that time? Did you see anything suspicious?
“Do you have any CCTV images or dash-cam footage that could help our investigation?”
