Living Spit return to the Farnham Maltings with their infamous Nativity on Thursday, December 8.

This is comedy theatre not for the faint-hearted (or the extremely religious)!

Living Spit are Stu McLoughlin and Howard Coggins who, between them, have many theatre, TV and film credits to their names.

After their triumphant take on Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, Howard and Stu are back to tackle the second greatest Christmas story ever told.

With the usual mix of silly songs, pitiful puppetry and more Biblical befuddlement than you can shake a figgy pudding at, Living Spit’s Nativity promises to be a cornucopia of comic Christmassy crudeness that you’ll never forget.

Alison Molan, in the Maltings’ box office, said of the show: “Living Spit are a breath of fresh air. Their Nativity felt like a Monty Python-esque adult panto with all the fun, laughter, innuendo and skill you would expect of a well-crafted comedy show.

“Their slightly irreverent look at the traditional Christmas story made me feel all is well with the world.

“Their breath-taking costume changes are a sight to behold and their comic timing is impeccable.

“I would definitely recommend this to all broad-minded adults who are looking for a fun night out.

“It’s great value for money too!”
