THE A3 traffic nightmare at Hindhead looks set to continue as the Transport minister replies to pleas to ease the congestion.
In a letter to South West Surrey MP Virginia Bottomley Lord Macdonald of Tradeston said that the benefit of removing the congestion only just outweighs the cost of building a tunnel to ease the problem.
