RUSH-hour traffic heading into Farnham on the A31 on Tuesday afternoon, suffered lengthy delays due to a four-vehicle rear-end shunt close to the Shepherd and Flock roundabout.

Police and paramedics responded to a call at 5pm. There were no injuries and the carriageway was cleared after 7pm.

The vehicles involved were a blue Citroen C4, a white Astra van, a blue Audi A4 and a black Ford Mondeo.
