PROGRESS is being made to try and prevent dust and noise from an industrial site in Hollybrook Park disturbing the neighbours.

A skip hire business is being run from a site in the area and the Environment Agency has issued a report and measures in an attempt to make sure neighbours to the site are not disturbed by the business' operations.
