ANTI-Brexit campaigners from south-west Surrey will head to the capital next week to appeal for a final say on the exit deal.

The South West Surrey branch of the European Movement now has about 400 supporters and as many as can will be taking part in the March for a People’s Vote on Saturday, March 23.

Activists were out in Farnham (pictured left) and Godalming (right) recently raising awareness of the march.

Chairman John Gaskell said: “We think there needs to be another vote to enable people to decide on what they really want, now we know what sort of deal is available and what Brexit compared to staying in Europe really means.”

The European Movement had a south-west Surrey presence at the last two big marches in London.
