THE Aldershot Town Football In The Community Trust is appealing for teams to enter its Red, White & Blue Day schools’ football tournament for boys and girls in aid of various military charities.

The tournament is taking place on Monday, December 11, at the new Everyone Active, Hart Leisure Centre in Fleet and will celebrate Red, White and Blue day – a national fundraising campaign that raises money is support of ABF The Soldiers’ Charity, The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund and the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity.

An annual event that celebrates a range of military aspects, 2017 turns its focus to women in the forces, celebrating 100 years of the Women’s Royal Navy Service and exploring all the roles women have taken up when serving their country.
