Farnham Maltings is hosting its 26th annual Festival of Crafts on October 15 and 16 from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

Long established as one of Britain’s leading independent craft events, the festival has at its heart a curated marketplace showcasing talented makers, displaying great design and the process of making, using both traditional and modern techniques and skills.

This year’s festival champions more than 75 emerging and established craftspeople from across the UK.

Its diverse marketplace presents exhibitors specialising in everything from textiles, glass, leather and ceramics to jewellery, furniture, lighting and print – with something for every taste and budget.

Visitors to the festival will enjoy exploring the historic Maltings buildings, where there is something to discover around every corner.

The Festival of Crafts offers an exciting complementary programme of expert-led bookable workshops, demonstrations and participatory activities accessible to everyone.

The full programme will be available to download in September from farnhammaltings.com

Workshops must be booked, and the price includes the cost of same day entry to the festival, which is £5 for adults and free for under-18s.
