PLANS for a tiny new shop to be built at a historic part of Petersfield High Street have been slammed by town councillors.
The town council's planning committee were discussing an application to turn a 17th century alleyway, at number 22, into a shop that could spell the end for one the last remaining precious pieces of Petersfield's past.
