ALTON Town play their biggest match in 25 years when Cinderford Town visit the Bass Sports Ground in the second qualifying round of the FA Cup.

The Brewers hope that the town will turn out on Saturday (kick-off 3pm) to support their team as they attempt to follow up the shock result of the previous round when John Robson's side knocked out Sutton United, the Ryman Premier League leaders.

Cinderford dropped to 13th in the Zamaretto (Southern) League Division One South & West after losing 2-1 at home to North Leigh last weekend. Alton Town reached the first round proper of the FA Cup back in 1972-73 before losing 5-1 at Newport County.
