AMBULANCE response times for Bordon and Whitehill have been slated as dreadful, when times were revealed at a Whitehill Town Council meeting.

Out of a total 1,444 calls emergency calls that requested an ambulance, only eight per cent were answered within eight minutes and 78.4 per cent were answered within 19 minutes. The national standard is 50 per cent of calls answered within eight minutes and 95 per cent of calls answered within 19 minutes.
