JOURNALISM students from the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) in Farnham have been given an exciting peek into the future of their trade with a demonstration of drone technology.

ITV camerawoman Siobhan Hart visited the students with her camera-mounted quad-copter to demonstrate how drones can be used for news gathering and storytelling.

Among the activities carried out by the students were gathering aerial footage of the Farnham campus, and using a hovering drone to deliver a piece-to-camera.
