ANGER was expressed this week over the lack of proper public consultation as the Community Health Council discussed proposed NHS cuts in children's services.
The cuts, designed to save £500,000 across West Surrey by reorganising the school health and health visitor services, will mean that the routine assessment of children will be reduced in favour of targeting services at those in need.
