A BORDON woman criticised gas supplier EDF Energy this week, after she became the victim of a series of "errors" that saw the company wrongly take more than £880 from her bank account.
Alarm bells first rang for Kerry Lamphier, 24, on March 21 when she received a letter from EDF Energy, with whom she's been a customer for almost two years, stating that her direct debit was going from £42 a month up to £841 a month.
