WITH a call to arms, people in Whitehill, Bordon, Lindford, Headley and Liphook vented their anger at a meeting last Wednesday, over the proposal by South West Trains to axe the Bordon-Liphook bus link, due to be taken out of service on May 17.

The meeting - organised by county councillor and East Hampshire prospective MP Adam Carew at the Forest Community Centre, Bordon - was also attended by councillors from White-hill, Lindford, Headley and Selborne, who also backed the launch of the SOR (Save Our Liphook-Bordon Rail Link) Campaign.
