LIPHOOK beautician Annice Ling, will be competing in this year's Miss Hampshire finals, which take place on Saturday at the Alton House Hotel.
Annice, 21, who comes from Grayshott, is a former Bohunt School and Alton College student who studied for an NVQ level two in health and social care.
She then went on to study for a diploma in beauty therapy at Guildford College, and over the past year she has returned Alton College to further her career and fulfil her ambition to become a counsellor by studying for an NVQ in counselling skills.
For the last four years Annice has worked at Old Thorns Manor Hotel – first as a waitress in the restaurant, but after qualifying from Guildford College as a beauty therapist, she moved to the hotel's spa and became a full-time therapist.
