A PLANNING appeal has been lodged over land to the rear of 4-8 Cherry Tree Avenue, Haslemere, after permission was refused to build four homes.
Clarence Country Homes Ltd wants to build a three story block of four-bedroom properties and is appealing against Waverley Borough Council's decision.
