A DEVELOPER is wading into battle once again in its determination to work on a sensitive edge-of-town site.
Sentinel Housing Association is appealing to the planning inspectorate over East Hampshire District Council's refusal to grant permission for 57 homes on the former Alton Day Service and railway embankment site in Chawton Park Road, Alton.
