A COMPLAINT about Waverley Borough Council's decision to turn down an outline planning application to build housing and office/shops on Drummonds architectural salvage yard at Hindhead has been lodged.

Drummonds is hoping its large yard and antiques store on the London Road could be developed after the A3 tunnel is opened, despite the initial application being turned down last October.
