WAVERLEY Borough Council is encouraging voluntary organisations to apply to the Waverley Voluntary Commissioning Partnership for funding before January 10, 2017.
A total of £85,540 is available from the scheme, which is jointly and equally funded by Waverley Borough Council and with Surrey County Council Adult Social Care Directorate.
Andrew Bolton, portfolio holder for economic development, said: “The council is particularly looking for projects that support mental and emotional well-being, enable adults with higher needs to get out and about or help maintain independence into older age.”
More information and advice about the funding process is available online at www.waverley.gov.uk/grants.
