Using similar tactics to the March incident, one man threatened the teenager with a Stanley knife before opening the till and stealing around £200.
The thieves were described as white, around 6 ft tall and of medium build. Both carried Stanley knives. One man was wearing a light, baggy, hooded top and blue jeans. The other man was wearing a dark red or maroon long-sleeved, hooded top with beige gloves.
Police are examining CCTV footage of the Unwins raid, which is believed to have recorded the thieves as they carried out the crime.
The police are also linking the two Haslemere raids with a similar one in Farnham on April 6 and another raid on Threshers at Burpham, near Guildford, on Saturday, May 3.
