AN Army drug-rehabilitation unit which, until four years ago, operated at Longmoor Camp, Bordon, has been closed by the Ministry of Defence – not because of cost, but because there are now too many soldiers.
As a way of culling numbers, patients will no longer be treated for their addiction but thrown out of the service, it has been claimed.
