Renowned artist Frank Jennings, who was head of curriculum for art, design and media at South Downs College, put together an exhibition dating back to the time when Sheet had a toll gate by the bridge, over a century ago. 

The exhibition shows the lives of Sheet and its inhabitants from that time right up to the present day.

Frank started his college role in 1983, retiring in 2008.
