HANNAM’S Fine Art Auctioneers will be holding a series of valuation days in Liphook.

The Selborne-based firm will attend the Millennium Centre on the first Tuesday of each month from March 1 until May 3, from 10am to 2pm, and offer free valuation services.

An experienced team comprising managing director Harry Hannam and senior consultant David Greatwood will be on hand to value any antiques, collectibles and heirlooms.

“We conduct regular valuation days around the region and they are proving extremely popular,” said Mr Hannam. “You never know what will come through the door. Only last month a lady brought to us a fine 19th Century Chinese ivory basket for valuation, which we subsequently sold for £3,500.”

Hannam’s Auctioneers will offer free valuations on a wide variety of objects including ceramics, paintings, silver, works of art, jewellery, collectibles and 20th Century decorative arts, as well as Oriental works of art. Mr Hannam is an Oriental specialist with more than 15 years experience.
