WARNINGS of cutbacks in community services, staff levels and other areas within East Hampshire District Council have been sounded as the council prepares to rubber stamp its council tax increase of 2.5 per cent this week.
District councillors were expected to hear of the austere measures the district council is likely to have to take over the next three years to plug a huge financial hole.
