KINGSLEY baby Lily Sabella was a very special delivery for David and Judie Attenburrow, born in the back of her parents' Range Rover on the A31 on Sunday

The couple were involved in a dramatic bid to reach the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford when nature took its course.
