DESPITE a gloomy forecast, Sunday's annual Carnival Walk was blessed with sunshine and warm temperatures as 40 people departed from The Deer's Hut.

Accompanied by dogs, buggies and small children, they set off on three different routes, covering seven, 10 and 12 miles across beautiful East Hampshire countryside.
