FRIMLEY Park Hospital treated more patients last year than at any time in its 25-year history and ended up £61,000 in the black on a turnover of £75million.
The number of in-patients treated in 1998/9 rose five per cent from the previous year to a record 51,249. Of those, 20,314 were emergency admissions and 18,103 were day cases.
