ST Mary’s Infant School in Frensham was transformed into Bethlehem as pupils turned back the clocks and re-enact the very first Christmas in their nativity ‘A Miracle In Town’ from Out Of The Ark Music.
The Reception class, otherwise known as the Gold Finch Class graced the stage for this year’s performance, which included all the typical Christmas nativity characters such as Jesus, Mary and Joseph, the wise men and the shepherds.
Class teachers Mrs Bridges and Mrs Morgan had been rehearsing alongside the children in preparation for the show. They were both absolutely delighted watching the children remember their parts, when and where they should be on stage and their singing.
The children were excited to finally perform what they’ve been practising for parents, as well a community performance where members of Frensham were invited to the school – something the school hopes to do again next year.
