WHEN Upper Way resident Elizabeth Woods' thoughts turned to her Christmas decorations, she looked to the ceiling.
But with inspiration, rather than exasperation.
Where some people simply see an expanse of artex, Elizabeth saw a supreme space-saving opportunity and decided that's where her Christmas tree should go.
Explaining the unconventional placing, Elizabeth told The Herald: "If you think about it, if you have children or dogs, the trees can mean you don't have much space, so I thought, why not the ceiling?"
Elizabeth, an amateur interior designer, used a staple gun to fix her tree to the ceiling after she "got bored with the normal and mundane".
