THE biggest ever deal in the 26-year history of Petersfield Town Council was finally signed and sealed at a meeting on Monday night.
Councillors have agreed the sale of the controversial Pennsfield land to housing developer Kebbell Homes which is believed to be worth around £250,000 to the town.
