THE housing developer given first refusal to build on the controversial Pennsfield site at Petersfield has pulled out of the six-figure deal at the 11th hour.
Cala Homes was set to sign the option agreement with Petersfield Town Council last week in a deal which is believed to have been worth more than £200,000 to the town.
