The allegations were made this week by the Senior Citizens' Lunch Club – which was so angry it is reporting the Liphook in Bloom chairman Philip Jordan, who is also a parish councillor, to East Hampshire District Council's Standards Board.
The move follows a meeting of the Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council's finance and policy committee, at which Mr Jordan was allowed to vote in favour of the grant – even though he had declared an interest because he is the charity's chairman.
