WINNERS of Petersfield in Bloom's annual competition have been handed their prizes. Bloom chairman Mary Vincent welcomed a large audience of entrants and guests to Tuesday's ceremony at the Rose Room in the Festival Hall. Guests included East Hampshire District Council chairman Pamela Bradford and Petersfield mayor and mayoress Paul and June Molloy. Petersfield In Bloom president and television and radio gardener Pippa Greenwood presented the trophies and certificates. Thanking all the entrants for their continued support, Ms Vincent looked forward to 2008 when she hoped they would all enter the competition again.
