FARNHAM Town Council’s popular Bloomin’ Kids’ gardening workshops will return on Tuesday, April 11, and Thursday, April 13.

Over the course of two hours, children aged two to 11 will sow seeds and prick out seedlings at the council’s greenhouses in West Street. There will be two sessions on each day from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.

Stephen Hill, the council’s lead member for Farnham in Bloom, said: “Our Bloomin’ Kids gardening workshops are completely free and will introduce aspiring gardeners to the joys of sowing a seed and watching it grow over time into something quite amazing.

“Our team of Bloomin’ experts will also be on hand to share some exciting facts and practical skills. Previous workshops have proved to be very popular so I advise parents and carers to book early to avoid disappointment.”
