RECRUITS are desperately needed to fill four vacancies at the retained fire station in Conde Way, Bordon.

Numbers of firefighters at the station has fallen to 12m, when there should be a total of 16 manning the appliances. Leading firefighter John Tipper said that the remaining firefighters were starting to feel more pressure because of the reduced numbers.
