Rubbish is being dumped on Bordon because of lack of forethought by officers at East Hampshire District Council, a district councillor claimed on Monday.
Dr Michael Watkinson made his protest at Whitehill Town Council's planning and amenities committee where town councillors protested against a waste transfer station being sited in Station Road.
