EAST Hampshire MP Damian Hinds said the town had a "bright and green future" after viewing plans for Whitehill and Bordon's regeneration last Thursday.
Mr Hinds saw the exhibition outlining the scheme - for up to 4,000 new homes, 5,500 new jobs and a new town centre - when he visited the eco-station.
"With the Army leaving such a large expanse of land when they relocate, it's important that we use the space sustainably and to the benefit of the town, as well as the rest of the district," Mr Hinds said.
