TWO Bordon soldiers have been dismissed from the Army - despite being among six soldiers acquitted of a gang-rape.
Captain Philip Bates (26) and Lieutenant Matthew Tupling (25), both from Bordon, were dismissed by an Army administrative board for the behaviour.
