THIS year's Haslemere Boxing Day Fun Run – which was postponed because of icy conditions on the day – finally took place on Sunday.

Racers turned up in force for what turned out to be a bright, sunny winter's run starting at the Crown And Cushion pub in Weyhill for the three and-a-half-mile route.

As usual, there were three categories: men's, women's and the "drinking run" in which a pint of winter ale is imbibed at the two mile point.
