A FRIMLEY Park breast surgeon was the guest of honour at Wise & Co’s breast awareness event, held on Thursday last week to coincide with Wear it Pink month.

The well-attended event at Brasserie Blanc in Castle Street was organised by the Farnham-based chartered accountants to help raise awareness of breast cancer across the local business community.

It was headlined by a presentation by Isabella Karat, consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon, on ‘myths, prevention and future trends in breast cancer management’.

Wise & Co has subsequently donated £500 to support the breast unit at Frimley Park Hospital where Isabella works
